RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eaton Bikes proudly guarantees the quality, performance and fit of all products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Eaton Bikes purchase or gift, simply return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please note, it can take up to ten days for your refund to be credited upon Eaton Bikes receiving your returned package.
All Eaton Bikes products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, which begins the day your order ships. All products must be returned in their original condition. Garments must be returned unworn, unwashed and in new condition with the original vendor packaging and tags in order to receive a refund. Custom orders are not returnable.
If your returned items were purchased using a coupon or promotion, we will subtract the value of the coupon or promotion from your return credit. Refunds will be issued in the payment form that they were originally received. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns will only be processed for orders placed either online at www.eaton.bike or with the Eaton Bikes Customer Service Team.
E-Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
If a return is less than the total amount of an order paid for with an E-Gift Card, the refund will be placed on the E-Gift Card used. Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Please check our contact page for holiday / special event hours. If a product purchased from Eaton Bikes has a manufacturing defect, it will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Eaton Bikes will contact the manufacturer on behalf of the customer. The customer will be required to maintain possession of the product until the issue is resolved with the manufacturer.
